# End-User License Agreement: Canect Automations

Effective date: August 28, 2026

Canect Automations (the "Software") is proprietary internal software owned and operated by Canect Limited ("Canect"), 1612 Corkstone Glade, Mississauga, ON L4W 2E7, Canada.

## 1. Scope

The Software is provided solely for use by Canect and its authorized personnel to prepare, record, and deliver Canect's own invoices. It is not licensed, sold, or made available to any third party.

## 2. License

Canect grants its authorized personnel a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Software for Canect's internal business purposes only. No other rights are granted.

## 3. Restrictions

Users may not copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, reverse engineer, or use the Software for any purpose other than Canect's internal invoicing.

## 4. Third-party services

The Software connects to QuickBooks Online (Intuit Inc.) and Google Workspace (Google LLC) using Canect's own accounts. Use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service. The Software is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit or Google.

## 5. Data

Data handled by the Software is described in the Canect Automations Privacy Policy (https://canectengineering.com/privacy).

## 6. Disclaimer and liability

The Software is provided "as is" for Canect's internal use. Canect makes no warranties to any third party regarding the Software and accepts no liability arising from its use by anyone other than Canect.

## 7. Termination

Canect may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Software at any time.

## 8. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
